Why do we need Community First?
If we as a community can embrace this Community First concept, we have a chance of creating a better quality of life.
Australia is riddled with minority interest groups. All are in pursuit of their own purpose which may not have anything to do with our best interest as a community. Many overlap or duplicate their purpose & the waste in resources is horrendous.
Political parties are also minority interest groups, with very small memberships. As a concept, politics is an utterly corrupt structure with a prime focus on getting power and then on keeping it.
Politics is loyal to the Cartel not to us, with a focus on the Economy not our social well being, a focus on raising academic education whilst supporting the demise of social education. Community well being does not enter into the political equation.
Politics has given sanctuary for 30 years to the hoards of academic experimentalists, social do-gooders & selfish rights activists, helping them tear down parental obligation and community standards.
Our current plunge to the social abyss has been deliberately inflicted on us. Ever since, it has been treated as a terminal disease, with no focus on solution, much less prevention. Selfishness is now legitimised as "a right" & we have no say at all in the corrupting of us, socially.
The legal system is a "law unto itself" failing misurably much of the time to protect us from those who beat up on us. The community cries out for a Justice System but that is not seen as being in the best interest of the legal profession (part of the Cartel) so yet again the community loses out.
Politics ignors increasing abuse & violence at younger & younger ages, the escalating road carnage, irresponsible behaviour creating chaos in the workplace, rape, pillaging, armed roberies & assault.
Bureaucracy expands its "empire building" mentality merely to joust with our social plunge to the abyss. Its corrupt policy of Band-aid application is a multi-billion dollar waste each years of community resources.
We are plunged into one crisis after another, all of them avoidable but for the want of sound management practice - and a leadership that actually takes the lead. What we have is a leadership that historically brings up the rear - a long way behind the action.
One of the most glearing examples is the disgraceful waste of billions of gallons of rainwater falling each year on residential towns and cities, by the grace of Nature. It rushes to the sea, carrying with it the trash that we produce.
No government, Federal, State of Local, despite 25 years of partitioning, has had the intelligence to take control of this valuable asset and refine it for our use. Instead, we are confronted with consuming refined sewerage, with all the hazards that it contains.
There is no focus at all on solution.
As social behaviour deteriorates, we are less capable of self control, thus surrending to bureaucratic domination of us. The extent to which bureaucracy has invaded our privacy today is disgraceful.
Frustration has often produced new Political Parties aiming to give us a better deal but each has failed because "the system" is not loyal to the community.
We are only a means to the political end. Each Election, we are stuck with a choice between bad & worse as to which will trash us next. The bad only ever gets worse & the worse, even more so.
Bureaucracy & the totalitarian system that rules it is far to big & powerful for any existing community based organisation to have any meaningful influence on it at all & that includes new political parties.This is why they fail and why we escalate backwards socially. The system beats them down to nothing.
There is an old cliche - "You can't beat an enemy by joining it." If the bureaucratic system is perceived by the community as "the enemy" then we need to design a structure that can "do battle" on equal terms.
What is Community First Australia?
It is a majority interest organisational structure, designed to give the Australian community, for the first time in history, its own say on its own terms.
Bureaucracy has handed us one crisis after another through sheer managerial ineptitude & the worst of these is the ever growing social crisis.
A simple but sophisticated telephone voting system has been designed to provide a secure, flexible National Referendum Facility. ALCATEL, a world leader in telecommunication technology determined it to be a brilliant system.
The suggested State Boards will preside over the debate & determination to -
- Give the community as a whole the chance to debate the range of increasing social & other problems facing us,
- Administer the Referendum Facility,
- Determine community attitude, and
- Represent to bureaucracy the will of the community.
The Boards are only a mechanism to facilitate debate & communication of the issues.
This is a leadership structure like no other. The Boards do not lead the community. They have no ability to create policy or, like politics, inflict itself on the community against our will. The community leads the Boards by the result of each Referendum.
The proposed tele-voting system is so good that voters can be isolated into their own Federal, State & Local Government Electorates. Great flexibility allows many Referenda to be conducted simultaneously, on a variety of federal, state or local issues. It is as secure as the present, terrible expensive Polling Booth method of voting.

The history of Community First.
The CFA concept was designed in 1998 by John R Brodie.
The Australian community has remained at the mercy of any "predator" wishing to feast upon us for their own purpose.
We as a community have always needed protection from the selfishness & greed of corporate enterprise, business, minority interest groups & the Media who make up the Cartel.
The Cartel runs the Country.
It oils the machine of politics so politics is subservient to the Cartel not to the community.
We have always been at the bottom of the "pecking order" because as a community we have no leadership of our own.
Social and parenting standards have been plummeting for 20 years unabated.
Bad parenting criples our quality of community life - but there is no focus on raising standards. We constantly lower the value of human life, because bad parenting kills kids.
So, the "structure" was designed & invitations were sent to 100 of our finest community leaders listed in Who's Who. John was inundated with support.
Sir James Killen KCMG cr (dec) was first to earnestly embrace the concept & was very helpful.
Many could only support as "associates" but the following formed the original Board.

So what happened?
A 1990 business crash left John in poverty. Six years of abuse followed in cheap share housing stripping him of his intellectual capacity.
John did not have the means by which to promote the Community First concept.
In addition & despite the list of supporters, the Media failed to support the concept so the promotion lapsed. Perhaps it was too far ahead of its time.
It took another 8 years for John to regain his full capacity.
Now the time is right.
Now we as a community are really hurting & in need of serious help.
There is nothing so rewarding as self help.
Australian as a community needs its own leadership structure, for its own benefit, by its own direction, on its own terms.
